Agadir desert tour via high atlas itinerary:

Day 1: Arrival at Agadir Airport.

You will meet your driver/ guide at the airport regarding your flight time for your 10 days Agadir desert tour via high atlas. Your guide will welcome you and drive towards your Hotel accommodation according to your agreement with our company. Overnight at the hotel in the Agriculture City (Agadir).

Day 2: Agadir – Taliouine- Ait Ben Haddou- Ouarzazate.

Morocco Helping Tours driver/guide will pick you up from your hotel accommodation in Agadir. Your 10 day tour from Agadir will start by passing through Berber villages where you can have stop regarding your interest. On our way, we will stop at one the Cooperatives of SAFRAN as it is the main economy of that city. Our lunch will take place at Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah where we will visit the famous Kasbah (declared World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1986). Famous films have been shot in this spectacular stage, including Gladiator, Obelix, The Mummy, The Jewel of the Nile, and Sahara with Penelope Cruz…etc. After visiting the Kasbah we´ll go to Ouarzazate also known as “The gate of the desert”. Overnight at the Riad in Hollywood of Africa.

Day 3: Ouarzazate – Roses valley- Dades valley – Toudra gorges- Merzouga

After breakfast at your accommodation, we will continue our 10 days trip towards Sahara Desert. Our first stop will be at Roses valley at the Roses cooperative where you will learn the distillation of Roses and product that we can make from it. Continuing driving to Toudra gorges which are a series of limestone river canyons, we will stop for 20 minutes to discover the area of gorges and lunch will be at one of the restaurant in our way to Merzouga. Later on, The final stop will be at the camel place where we are going to ride them and spend an overnight in the nomadic tent and enjoy the company of a band playing Berber music under the stars in the heart of the desert/ Sahara, This a beautiful experience that you might need to film. The desert/ Sahara.

Day 4: Merzouga area (Around the dunes tour)

Get up early for the sunrise view and have your breakfast at the camp and be ready to explorative journey of the area. You’ll visit the Gnawa people, originally slaves brought from Sudan, to experience their music and lifestyle. After that, we will drive in desert area where you will have the opportunity to meet the nomad families still living in Berber tents and explore their way of life. Today our lunch will be local meal (Berber pezza) with a local family. You may also visit the souk in Rissani, a traditional town which was the origin of the ruling family in Morocco and the meeting place of the Caravans trading as far as Timbuctou in Mali. Here you will see a lot of men hooded and women veiled. In the afternoon we will drive to our hotel where you will have time to relax and overnight at the same accommodation.

Day 5: Merzouga- Rissani- Daraa Valley- Ouarzazate – High Atlas- Marrakech

After breakfast thbe ready to start our long driving journey. After then we will start our journey back to Marrakech and have some stops on the unique panoramic views among the Anti-Atlas Mountains. The main stop will take us place in Daraa valley YOU will wake up early to experience an amazing sunrise in the top of the big sand dunes, then, which is the largest and longest valley full of the palm trees, it considered also as the main source of the date the county. Later on, we will continue to Marrakech over the high Atlas Mountains. Arrival to Marrakech where Morocco Helping and overnight at the Riad in the heart of the old Medina.

Day 6: Marrakech Sightseeing (Culture tour by local guide)

After breakfast in the riad, you will start exploring Marrakech “the Red City of Morocco”. Your guide will ensure that you see most of the sites with historical and cultural interest – including the famous Jemaa El Fna square, the Koutoubia Mosque, the Saadian tombs; the Palace of Bahia and the Ben Youssef Coranic School. Lunch at a restaurant near the square, then in the afternoon visit the Majorelle Gardens, and have a short visit to the new city of Marrakech. Overnight at the same Riad at the heart of the old city (Medina).

Day 7: Marrakech – Ounagha- Essaouira

After breakfast, we will leave Marrakech “the red city” toward Essaouira or the Old Portuguese city. You may visit an Argan factory run by women and get to know about the process of making Argan oil. You will explore the port of the Coastal tourist town of Essaouira. Enjoy a fresh seafood lunch in the medina. The afternoon is at your leisure for a personal exploration; you can swim and relax on the beach. Enjoy your evening meal and spend the night in a Riad at the heart of the old city.

Day 8: Free Day in Essaouira

Today you will be free to do any activities you are interested in. You may walk to explore the city or spend the day near the beach . Overnight at the same Riad at the heart of the medina.

Day 9: Essaouira- Imsouane- Agadir

After breakfast at your accommodation, we will start our day towards Agadir city passing through Imsouane where you can have lunch or do some activities by yourself. You will cross the high Atlas Mountains and many genuine Berber villages that were built of mud and rocks, and see many Argan trees along your way; you will have several stops at your request. Arriving at Agadir we will drop you of at your accommodation regarding your interest.

Day 10: Agadir- Airport

Day 1: Casablanca- Rabat- Chefchaouen.

7 days Casablanca Marrakech desert trip departure: You will meet the company professional guide at Casablanca’s Mohammed V airport to start your tour. First of all, you will set off for Hassan II mosque (the second largest religious building in the world which is open to non-Muslim). Later on, we will set off to the administrative capital of Morocco (Rabat). We will start with the Bad Challah, the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, and one of the main gates of the royal palace and the Oudaya Kasbah. Continuing our journey we travel via the city of Kenitra, located in one of Morocco’s main agricultural areas, and over the Rif Mountains to Wazzan and finally our destination of Chefchaouen. Overnight in Riad in the Medina of the Bleu Pearl (Chefchaouen).

Day 2: Chefchaouen – Fes.

Today you are going to have a free morning to explore the bleu city and an experience on its side by taking some pictures as memories. After lunch, we will set off to the city of Fes via different and amazing panoramic views where you are going to stop to discover it. Day 3: Exploring Fes (Culture tour with local guide)

After breakfast, you will start exploring the oldest city in Morocco, walking in its alleys and small streets. Our visit starts by visiting the Royal Palace gate, the Jewish quarter, the first Mellah ever built in Morocco, built during the 14th century. We will ensure that you visit all sites with cultural and historical interest including the famous Al Karaouine University, considered the oldest one in the world, the Tanneries, and Moulay Idriss mausoleum. After lunch in a traditional Moroccan restaurant, you will visit the tiles cooperative and then experience a wonderful panoramic view over the whole Medina of Fes. Day 4: Fes – Ifrane- Cedar Forest- Medalt – Ziz Valley- Merzouga

After breakfast, you will start your long day where you will see different things in one day. Our day tour will start from the first imperial city of Morocco (Fes) toward the Sahara desert. We will travel through the middle Atlas Mountains. On our way, we will pass through the city of Ifrane which is known as “Moroccan Switzerland” because of its building. We will continue to the home of the native barbarian apes the cedar forest, the largest and the biggest one in Morocco. After crossing the Middle Atlas Mountains we will see many tents and caves of the nomadic families before stopping at the city of Medalt which is famous for its apples. En route, and before arriving at the camel rides we will have a stop at the palm groves which is an impressive view of the palm trees.

Day 5: MERZOUGA- RISSANI- TOUDRA GORGES- DADES VALLEY

While you were enjoying the sunrise at the heart of the dunes and taking beautiful memories your camel man will take you back to the hotel where you will enjoy your breakfast and having a hot shower as well. Later on, we will drive to Dades Valley passing through the city of Rissani/Sijilmassa which is one of the main stops of commercial caravans that come from Africa. On Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday there will be an opportunity to visit the traditional market of Rissani. We drive to Todra gorges as the main place for having a picnic because it is a wonderful view. Day 6: DADES VALLEY- ROSES VALLEY – OUARZAZATE- MARRAKECH

Today we travel off-road and explore the region between the Dades Valley and the Valley of Roses. You will encounter the local nomads, some of whom still live in caves and tents. At El-Kelaa M’Gouna up to 4000 tonnes of rose petals are picked every spring to be processed into rosewater or exported for the perfume industry. The Rose Festival is held here in May. As we travel from El-Kelaa M’Gouna towards Skoura you will see Kasbahs set out among the greenery of the Dades Valley. The small town of Skoura is surrounded by an impressive palm grove and the most beautiful Kasbahs in southern Morocco are to be found here. Continuing south we arrive at the Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou, probably the most celebrated, filmed, and photographed Kasbah in Morocco. Featured in numerous films (including Lawrence of Arabia, The Sheltering Sky, and Gladiator), it is the best-preserved Kasbah in Morocco and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Crossing the mountains via the Tizi n Tichka pass. then arriving at Marrakesh, the overnight at the Riad inside the Medina.

Day 7: Marrakech – Transfer to the airport
