Day 1: Marrakech – Ait Benhaddou – Ouarzazate – Rose Valley – Dades Gorges

Then we will travel through the city of Ouarzazate (Hollywood of Africa) – with the biggest cinema studios – after that, we continue south to the Valley of Roses where around 400 tons of rose petals are picked every year and sent to be processed into rose water, which we called it also as the distillation of roses in order to produce the creams and perfumes. Later, we will drive all along the road of thousand kasbahs before arriving at Dades Valley, overnight in a hotel /riad overlooking the Valley.

Day 2: Dades Gorges – Todra Gorges – Erfoud – Merzouga – Sahara Desert.

Today after breakfast in the hotel/riad. We set off to Todra valley: a green fertile valley surrounded by old mud villages, then we drive around 14 km, we get to Todra gorges: a canyon rising to 500m in a valley dotted with Palm trees and Berber Villages. After lunch in the gorge, we will drive to the Desert (Erg chebbi) passing by an old underground irrigation system (Khettarat), which is a system that help people to water their farms. We will continue towards south, We reach Sahara desert where your camels are waiting to give you a ride crossing the golden dunes. Day 3: Sahara Desert – Ziz Valley – Midelt – Cedar Forest- Ifrane – Fes

Your camel guides will wake you up in the early morning to experience the magic and best sunrise among the dunes which will be the fabulous one in your life. Afterward, you will peacefully ride camel back to the riad/hotel where you are going to have a traditional breakfast and take a hot shower. After that we will drive to Erfoud (the capital of fossils and dates) where we are going to discover the process of beautiful mineral fossils. Then we will leave to Fez traveling through Aoufous and Ziz Valley where we’ll stop to appreciate the panoramic views of the main source of data to the country of Morocco. We will stop for lunch in Midelt (the capital of the apple) and we will continue to take pictures of wild monkeys (Barbarian Apes) in the Cedarwoods of Azrou , which is considered as the largest and biggest forest in all over the country. We proceed through Moroccan Switzerland(ifrane) where we will have around 15 minutes to explore it and enjoying our time there. we will arrive at the evening to Fes where riad/hotel accommodation.

Day 4: Fes – Meknes – Volubilis (the roman site) – Ouazane – Chefchaouen

Wake up and have breakfast in your riad which at the heart of the old city of Fes. Once you are ready, we will drive toward another imperial city (Mekness) which is a small provincial town that you can visit it, is at the same time very quiet and peaceful, compared to other big cities. Meknes which stands on a plateau, is surrounded by thick walls and is crossed by the river Oued Bouferkrane. All around is a very fertile valley, where they grow wheat and cereals, which are important resources for the economy of the city in order to have a quick stop and explore it and its historical monuments. Later on, we will drive 30 km to the Roman site (Volubilis): the ruins of this city speak of an ancient past that still leaves the signs of the ancient Roman Empire. Surrounded by wheat fields and lagoons populated by birds will give you an unusual landscape for Morocco. Day 1: Arrive at the airport of Fes.

After your arrival, your driver/ guide will pick you up from the airport to the old city of Fes. It depends on your arrival if it is early then you will have time to have a mean tea welcome the hospitality and do a little shopping on your own if you are interested. Day 2: FES SIGHTSEE (CULTURE TOUR).

Today you will have almost 6 hours exploring the city of Fes with a local guide. The tour is divided into two parts. The first will be by car as you will see the royal palace gate, the Jewish quarter, a panoramic view of the old city, and the ceramic factory to see the traditional Moroccan handicrafts. Afterward, you will have enough time to see the inside the wall of the medina including Tanneries, the Bou Anania Medersa and the Karaouine mosque. In the afternoon you have the view of the new medina and the sunset time at the panoramic view of the old city.

Day 3: FES- MIDDLE ATLAS MOUNTAINS- MEDALT- Ziz gorges- MERZOUGA (Camel rides)

After breakfast, you will meet your diver/guide again and you will start your long day where you will see different things in one day. Our itinerary will start from the first imperial city of Morocco (Fes) toward the Sahara desert. We will travel through the middle Atlas Mountains. On our way, we will pass through the city of Ifrane which is known as “Moroccan Switzerland” because of its building. We will continue to the home of the native barbarian apes the cedar forest, the largest and the biggest one in Morocco. After crossing the Middle Atlas Mountains we will see many tents and caves of the nomadic families before stopping at the city of Medalt which is famous for its apples. Day 4: MERZOUGA (desert area) – OVERNIGHT AT THE CAMP

After the traditional breakfast at the hotel, we will drive to explore the desert area starting with one of the most attractive irrigation systems, which the inhabitants have had to use for over 100 years. From there to the village of KHAMLIA to discover a new style of life full of music and Gnaoua culture. They are originally from different African countries but they became a part of the Berber tribe which is in the same area. Today you will experience the favorite food of this area which is “Berber pizza” organized by a Berber family. In the afternoon, we will drive to the camel rides where you will have your adventure using camels among the dunes and having the overnight in a nomadic camp. You will have a wonderful experience night while having traditional Berber music and a beautiful view of stars and moon in the middle of nowhere.

Day 5: MERZOUGA – RISSANI – TOUDRA GORGES – DADES VALLEY

While you are enjoying the sunrise at the heart of the dunes and making beautiful memories your camel man will take you back to the hotel where you will enjoy your breakfast and have a hot shower as well. Later on, we will drive to Dades Valley passing through the city of Rissani/Sijilmassa which is one of the main stops of commercial caravans that come from Africa. On Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday there will be an opportunity to visit the traditional market of Rissani. We drive to Todra Gorges as the main place to have a picnic because it has a wonderful view. Day 6: DADES VALLEY – ROSES VALLEY – OUARZAZATE – MARRAKECH

At El-Kelaa M’Gouna up to 4000 tonnes of rose petals are picked every spring to be processed into rosewater or exported for the perfume industry. The Rose Festival is held here in May. After that, we will drive in desert area where you will have the opportunity to meet the nomad families still living in Berber tents and explore their way of life. Today our lunch will be local meal (Berber pezza) with a local family. The main stop will take us place in Daraa valley YOU will wake up early to experience an amazing sunrise in the top of the big sand dunes, then, which is the largest and longest valley full of the palm trees, it considered also as the main source of the date the county. Day 1: CHEFCHAOUN (bleu pearl) – VOLIBULIS – MEKNES- FES.

5 days Chefchaouen Marrakech desert trip departure: After the traditional breakfast, we leave Chefchaouen (bleu pearl), cross the Rif Mountains, and pass through green land which is full of different types of products. Arriving at the Roman site (Volubilis) is a partly excavated Berber city in Morocco situated near the city of Meknes, and commonly considered as the ancient capital of the kingdom of Mauretania. Built-in a fertile agricultural area, it developed from the 3rd century BC onward as a Berber, then proto-Carthaginian, settlement before being the capital of the kingdom of Mauretania. Driving to Meknes where we will have lunch and explore the main site of the city. Afterward, we will continue to the first imperial city of the Kingdom of Morocco where accommodation is in the old city.

Day 2: FES SIGHTSEE (CULTURE TOUR).

Today you will have almost 6 hours exploring the city of Fes with a local guide. The tour is divided into two parts. The first will be by car as you will see the royal palace gate, the Jewish quarter, panoramic view of the old city and the ceramic factory to see the traditional Moroccan handicraft. Afterward, you will have enough time to see the inside the wall of the medina including Tanneries, the Bou Anania Medersa and Karaouine mosque. Day 3: FES- MIDDLE ATLASS MOUNTAINS- MEDALT- Ziz gorges- MERZOUGA (Camel rides)

After breakfast you will meet your diver/guide again and you will start your long day where you will see different things in one day. Our itinerary will start from the first imperial city of Morocco (Fes) toward the Sahara desert. We will travel through the middle Atlas Mountains. In our way, we will pass through the city of Ifrane which is known as “Moroccan Switzerland” because of its building. We will continue to the home of the native barbarian apes which the cedar forest, the largest and the biggest one in Morocco. After crossing the Middle Atlas Mountains we will see many tents and caves of the nomadic families before stopping at the city of Medalt which famous for the apples. En route, and before arriving the camel rides we will have a stop at the palm groves which is an impressive view of the palm trees.

Day 4: MERZOUGA- RISSANI- TOUDRA GORGES- DADES VALLEY

While you were enjoying the sunrise at the heart of the dunes and taking beautiful memories your camel man will take you back to the hotel where you will enjoy your breakfast and having a hot shower as well. Later on, we will drive to Dades valley passing through the city of Rissani/Sijilmassa which is one of the main stops of the commercial caravans that coming from Africa. On Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday there will be an opportunity to visit the traditional market of Rissani. We drive to Todra gorges as the main place of having a picnic because it is a wonderful view. Arriving at Dades valley where you will have an overnight in a hotel that sheds the light and have a good view of the valley.

Day 5: DADES VALLEY- ROSES VALLEY – OUARZAZAT- MARRAKECH

Today we travel off-road and explore the region between the Dades Valley and the Valley of Roses. You will encounter the local nomads, some of whom still live in caves and tents. At El-Kelaa M’Gouna up to 4000 tonnes of rose petals are picked every spring to be processed into rosewater or exported for the perfume industry. The Rose Festival is held here in May. As we travel from El-Kelaa M’Gouna towards Skoura you will see Kasbahs set out among the greenery of the Dades Valley. The small town of Skoura is surrounded by an impressive palm grove and the most beautiful Kasbahs in southern Morocco are to be found here. Continuing south we arrive at the Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou, probably the most celebrated, filmed, and photographed Kasbah in Morocco. Featured in numerous films (including Lawrence of Arabia, The Sheltering Sky, and Gladiator), it is the best-preserved Kasbah in Morocco and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Upon arrival at Merzouga dunes, we will be welcomed with a glass of Berber tea while check-in for our rooms. Dinner and overnight in a panoramic hotel.

Day 4: Merzouga desert tour – Camel trekking and night in Berber Camp

After our breakfast, we will get ready for our Desert 4×4 tour. We will drive along the desert dunes by taking Dakar-Rally off-road to visit Nomads in their tents and Mud Igloo. We will set with them and might take a glass of tea with them. we then continue our off-road trip towards marble quarries and Miffis mines of Eyeliner. After a while, we will drive towards the black people village of Khamlia. In this village, we will visit one of the Gnawa music houses to watch a few folklores of Soul music with drums. We can also have a chance to dance with them. At this village, we’ll go to have a Berber Pizza or Couscous for lunch, then drive back to our hotel to get ready for our Camel trekking experience. We will check out the hotel and ride the camels to the top of the sand dunes to see an amazing sunset. Day 5: Merzouga desert – Erfoud – Todra gorges – Rose Valley – Ouarzazate

According to your choice, we can wake up earlier in the morning to see the sunrise over the Sand dunes before our breakfast. Once we finish breakfast, we will make sure everyone is ready for another adventure day trip. We will drive along the Desert fields passing by Erfoud, Jorf, and Tinjdad. Our next destination will be Todra Gorges, where we will go for a walk under 300M altitude canyons and enjoy the river sounds. After a while, we will continue our day tour towards Ouarzazate passing by the Rose Valley and Skoura. Once we arrive at Ouarzazate, we will visit Taourirt Kasbah, and the Cinema Studio, then continue to check-in our hotel overnight.

Day 6: Ouarzazate – Ait Benhaddou – High Atlas mountains – Marrakech

In the morning, we take breakfast and get ready for our next day tour of the High Atlas mountains. Our destination for today will be Marrakech. On our way, we will make a stop at the Kasbah of Ait Benhaddou to go on a guided visit with our Guide/Driver. Explore this UNESCO heritage and wander in its alleys and rocks stairs. After our visit, we will cross the pass of Tizi-N-tichka which stands at an altitude of 2600M. On our arrival to Marrakech, we will accompany you to your accommodation where our tour comes to an end.
