Day 1: Tangier – Riff mountains – Chefchaouen.

6 days Tangier Marrakech desert tour departure: Staring your tour by meeting our professional guide at the airport/ Raid, You will leave the tangier city toward the city of Chefchaouen via the Riff Mountains which are considered part of the beauty of the country. Of course, you will have many stops to take pictures of different panoramic views among the Mountains. Later on, you will arrive at the Blue City (Bleu Pearl), and then you will have your rooms at the raid. In the afternoon you are going to have free time to explore the city by yourself. Day 2: Chefchaouen – Volibilis(Roman ruins) – Meknes – Fes.

After the traditional breakfast, we leave Chefchaouen (bleu pearl), crossing the Rif Mountains and passing through green land which is full of different types of products. Arriving at the Roman site (Volubilis) is a partly excavated Berber city in Morocco situated near the city of Meknes, and commonly considered as the ancient capital of the kingdom of Mauretania. Built in a fertile agricultural area, it developed from the 3rd century BC onward as a Berber, then proto-Carthaginian, settlement before being the capital of the kingdom of Mauretania. Driving to Meknes where we will have lunch and explore the main site of the city. Day 3: Fes – Ifrane- Cedar Forest- Medalt – Ziz Valley – Merzouga

After breakfast, you will start your long day where you will see different things in one day. Our itinerary will start from the first imperial city of Morocco (Fes) toward the Sahara desert. We will travel through the middle Atlas Mountains. In our way, we will pass through the city of Ifrane which is known as “Moroccan Switzerland” because of its building. We will continue to the home of the native barbarian apes the cedar forest, the largest and the biggest one in Morocco. After crossing the Middle Atlas Mountains we will see many tents and caves of the nomadic families before stopping at the city of Medalt which is famous for its apples. En route, and before arriving at the camel rides we will have a stop at the palm groves which is an impressive view of the palm trees.

Day 4: MERZOUGA – TAOUZ – RAMLIA – TAFRAOUT (Adventure day)

While you are enjoying the sunrise at the heart of the dunes and taking beautiful memories your camel man will take you back to the hotel where you will enjoy your breakfast and have a hot shower as well. The adventure journey will take us around 8 hours towards Tafraout village. The day will include one of the old military areas of the French colonial during its occupation of Morocco. Most of the day is just having the adventure on the dry land by passing through different villages where few families and nomadic people are in their tents, then we will have the opportunity to discover their daily life. Our lunch will be traditional and organized by us as a part of our daily life food. Day 5: TAFRAOUT – ALNIF – TOUDRA GORGES – DADES VALLEY

After breakfast at the hotel, we will have enough time to explore the farms and the kind of agriculture that people use in this area. En route, we will enjoy the view of the place where people cultivate and harvest the wit and hay. We drive to Todra Gorges as the main place to have a picnic because it has a wonderful view. Arriving at Dades Valley you will have an overnight in a hotel that sheds light and has a good view of the valley.

Day 6: DADES VALLEY – ROSES VALLEY – OUARZAZATE – MARRAKECH

Today we travel off-road and explore the region between the Dades Valley and the Valley of Roses. You will encounter the local nomads, some of whom still live in caves and tents. At El-Kelaa M’Gouna up to 4000 tonnes of rose petals are picked every spring to be processed into rosewater or exported for the perfume industry. The Rose Festival is held here in May. As we travel from El-Kelaa M’Gouna towards Skoura you will see Kasbahs set out among the greenery of the Dades Valley. The small town of Skoura is surrounded by an impressive palm grove and the most beautiful Kasbahs in southern Morocco are to be found here. Continuing south we arrive at the Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou, probably the most celebrated, filmed, and photographed Kasbah in Morocco. Featured in numerous films (including Lawrence of Arabia, The Sheltering Sky, and Gladiator), it is the best-preserved Kasbah in Morocco and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Crossing the mountains via the Tizi n Tichka pass, we arrive in Marrakesh where your experience with our professional team ends.

In the afternoon, your driver will take you to visit the famous Majorelle Garden, Menara Garden and having a look at the new medina (geliz) of Marrakech. In the evening we will go back to the Raid.

Day 9: Marrakech – Ouzoud Waterfalls – Marrakech

After breakfast, we will drive towards Ouzoud waterfalls in the Middle Atlas Mountains, and enjoy a scenic drive past the olive groves and Berber countryside of the plains north of Marrakech. On Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday there will be an opportunity to visit the traditional market of Rissani. We drive to Todra gorges as the main place of having a picnic because it is a wonderful view. Arriving at Dades valley where you will have an overnight in a hotel that sheds the light and have a good view of the valley.

Day 7: DADES VALLEY- ROSES VALLEY – OUARZAZAT- MARRAKECH

Today we travel off-road and explore the region between the Dades Valley and the Valley of Roses. You will encounter the local nomads, some of whom still live in caves and tents. At El-Kelaa M’Gouna up to 4000 tonnes of rose petals are picked every spring to be processed into rosewater or exported for the perfume industry. The Rose Festival is held here in May. As we travel from El-Kelaa M’Gouna towards Skoura you will see Kasbahs set out among the greenery of the Dades Valley. The small town of Skoura is surrounded by an impressive palm grove and the most beautiful Kasbahs in southern Morocco are to be found here. Continuing south we arrive at the Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou, probably the most celebrated, filmed, and photographed Kasbah in Morocco. Featured in numerous films (including Lawrence of Arabia, The Sheltering Sky, and Gladiator), it is the best-preserved Kasbah in Morocco and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Day 8: MARRAKECH (city tour by local guide)

After breakfast at your Riad, the local guide will pick you up to start exploring the city of Marrakech. Today will see the most attractive sights and monuments that Marrakech contains including Bahia Palace, Koutoubia mosque, Saadian tombs, Jamaa El Fanaa square as well as exploring the traditional Souk of the city. In the afternoon, your driver will take you to visit the famous Majorelle Garden, Menara Garden and having a look at the new medina (geliz) of Marrakech.
